Cheese Pairing/Tasting Class – $35/person

Each participant will receive an individual box containing five cheeses selected to pair with five wines (Spout Spring Estates will provide wine for tastings)

One of Euphoric Cheese’s cheesemongers will walk participants through tasting each of the cheeses, including information about how the cheese is made, why certain types of cheese pair   well with certain type of wines, tips for creating your own pairings, and fun facts about the cheese

Class times:  1:30-3pm -or- 3:30-5pm
