We’re thrilled to partner with Pellissippi State Community College to teach a one-day class entitled Introduction to the World of Cheese.
About the Class
In this mouthwatering two-hour class, learn how cheese was discovered, how it’s made, cheese categories, pairing tips and suggestions for cooking and serving cheese.
You will receive a tasting box with a variety of domestic and international cheeses to sample as you discuss the history and flavor profiles from several regions around the world.
We encourage you to bring a small notebook for recording tasting notes and a bottle of water. You can also purchase a cheese log book at Euphoric Cheese Shop prior to the class — a handy tool for recording all your future cheese tasting notes!
