This is a class where you’ll build a charcuterie board of your own with guidance from the instructor, a professional cheesemonger from Euphoric Cheese Shop.  

You’ll receive everything you need to make a charcuterie board (including a wooden board that is yours to keep) plus instruction on how to arrange everything from cheese to chocolate, a demonstration on how to make a salami rose, examples of ways to cut and display different types of cheeses, and more!
