Our friends at Printshop Beer in Knoxville are holding the perennially popular Cheese and Beer Pairing event once again this February. Their in-house pairing guru, Angelo, will guide you through his process of creating great food and beer pairings while you sample the beer and cheese together.

The event runs February 14th-16th at Printshop Beer (1532 Island Home Ave Knoxville, TN 37920) and tickets can be purchased through Printshop at the link below. The event includes four of their delicious beers paired with four of our cheeses plus some other charcuterie goodies.

They have scheduled a Valentine’s evening tasting at 7pm in addition to the regular 1pm tastings on Saturday and Sunday, so you have plenty of times to choose from.

These pairings are some of most popular events each year, so you’re encouraged to reserve your tickets ahead of time through printshopbeer.com.

Tickets are $40 for just the charcuterie box, $50 for the box with beer pairings, or $200 for a to-go spread with cheese and beer for four people.
