As part of the Knoxville Cheese Festival, we’re hosting an Introduction to the World of Cheese class right next door at Sparrow Wine Bar on Monday, April 28th, from 6:30-8:30pm.

The class includes a tasting box with nine unique cheeses from around the world and attendees will learn everything from how cheese was discovered, how it’s made, fun facts about cheese, protected status and even some helpful cheese pairing tips!
