Pamper the Moms with a fine cheese board and beers carefully chosen to pair with each cheese.  This pairing includes four taster pours of Printshop libations; a curated selection of cheeses, chocolates, nuts, pickles, fruit, and crackers; and the guided pairing experience led by Angelo, Printshop’s sensory training guru. 

During the guided pairings, Angelo will explain why he encourages you to focus on concepts like complement/contrast, cutting/cleansing, and impact/intensity rather than adhere to conventional “rules” when choosing food and drink pairings. If you can’t make the in-person tasting, Printshop is also offering the option of enjoying it in the taproom at a more convenient time or taking home a tasting package for 4, with out without tasting glasses.
